    South Carolina Business One Stop (SCBOS) is the official South Carolina business web portal. This site enables anyone with an existing business or starting a new business to file permits, licenses, registrations, or pay taxes.

  • ACCION USA
    
    A non-profit offering loans of up to $50,000 for business owners who are not able to obtain traditional loans.
     

  • Business.gov
    
    The Business.gov site allows you to search for business loans, grants, and financing. It also has resources for general information on applying for a loan.
     

  • SCORE
    
    The SCORE Online Learning Center provides information on many business topics. Take advantage of SCORE's wealth of resources to help finance your small business.
     

  • Small Business Innovation Research Program
    
    Awards funds to American-owned for-profit businesses with fewer than 500 employees.
     

  • Small Business Technology Transfer Program
    
    Similar to SBIR, but to qualify, business must also include a non-profit research program.
     

  • USDA Rural Development
    
    Various loans and grants to facilitate development of small private businesses.
     

  • Veterans Business Outreach
    
    Provides financial assistance for veterans building their own enterprises.
