    Ambassador of the Month- Karen Countryman



    Karen is an accomplished executive capable of handling a wide range of responsibilities.   She is currently a Consultant for Anderson County NETcinity community App, helping local businesses reach both current and potentials clients when & where it’s relevant to them.     Due to her entrepreneurial spirit, Karen wears many hats. When she is not working NETcinity, she is a Rodan + Fields Representative selling skin care, ID & Legal Shield Associate, a Health and Wellness Consultant with IsAgenix.  Karen has recently become a Independent BEMER distributor; a Bio Elector-Magnetic Energy Regulation helping your body heal its self.  Karen has sat on numerous boards through out the years and is currently the Admin/Bookkeeper for Next-Step Mentoring, a non-profit that mentors school age youth. Karen is a member the Chamber Business Advancement Committee Networking Professionals of Anderson, ConNets and Leadership Anderson Class 35.  Karen is active my various other community events throughout Anderson.
    She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Services and Resource from Anderson University and is a Master Candidate at Clemson University. Karen is a native from Albany, NY and moved to Anderson, SC in 2004 from South Florida where she worked for the St. Lucie County Sheriff’s Office for 18 years.   Karen is married to Derrick Countryman; they have one son, Destin.  When Karen is not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends. During college football season you can find Karen at Death Valley watching her Tigers play.
     
    Philosophy:  Life Goes On… Whether you choose to move on and take a chance with the unknown, or stay behind, locked in the past, thinking of what could’ve been.
