The Employers Network will be utilizing an online survey tool for the 2021 Upstate Compensation Survey. Job numbers and job descriptions will be the same as in the 2020 survey.
Your organization is invited to participate in our annual Upstate SC Employers Compensation study. If you are interested in participating please click on the link below and provide us with your organization's information including the primary contact for the survey. We will set up a username and password for the online survey tool. Log-in information will be communicated to the primary user prior to the opening of the survey portal.

The annual Upstate compensation study provides a valuable tool for employers who are facing challenges recruiting and retaining employees. Your organization's participation is extremely important.
We anticipate publishing the final report before the end of August 2021.

Participating organizations will receive a .pdf copy of the study at no charge. Access to the online portal and advanced data analysis will be available at an additional charge.
