DESCRIPTION:AUTUMN GRIEF SERIES\, educational sessions for those who have lost a loved one in the last year\, will begin on Monday\, October 3\, 2011.  Meetings will be held at 10AM for daytime attendees or at 6PM for evening attendees.  Both groups will run for five consecutive weekly meetings (10/3\, 10/10\, 10/17\, 10/24 & 10/31).\n\n  \n\nTopics include Symptoms of Grief and Common Feelings\, Normal vs. Abnormal Grief\, Coping Techniques for Handling Stress\, and Measurements (of how you will know when you are getting better.)\n\n  \n\nBoth series are free and open to the public.
