SUMMARY:Belk Spring Charity Sale
DESCRIPTION:The sale will benefit local charities\, schools and nonprofit organizations throughout the company's 16 - state market area.\n\n\n\nThe event will run from 6:00AM until 10:00AM.  During that time\, customers can buy a ticket for $5 for admission to the sale.  The ticket entitles customers to discounts ranging from 20 percent to 50 percent off purchases throughout the store.  A customer also receives $5 off his or her first purchase of $5 or more at the event.  Belk cardholders will receive double points for card purchases.\n\n\n\nParticipating local charities will sell tickets in advance.  Proceeds from each of the $5 tickets will be retained by the charity.  Tickets may also be purchased at Belk stores beginning April 24th.  Donations from tickets purchased at Belk stores will be divided among participating organizations.
