DESCRIPTION:Business Immersion for Entrepreneurs Course Begins on March 8th.\n\n\n\nTri-County Technical College is offering a new Business Immersion for Entrepreneurs course at the Pendleton Campus on March 8 - May 10.  The class is scheduled to meet each Thursday at 5:30 – 8:30 p.m.\n\n\n\nThe ten class sessions are designed for entrepreneurs who are either starting a new business or growing an existing one.  The course will take students through the process of conceiving\, creating\, managing and growing their own business.  Sessions will include the following:  Intro/Concept Kick Start\; Business Basics\; Marketing Analysis\; Marketing Strategy /The Web\; Basic Numbers  - Part 1/Financial Overview\; Basic Numbers – Part 2/Cash   Getting Financed\; Building a Team's Plans and Pitches - Overview and Discussion\; and Formal Pitches and/or Panel Discussion.\n\n\n\nThe course fee is $199\, plus $99 for books/materials fee which include Business Plan Pro Premier software\, 3 Weeks to Startup by Sabrina Parsons and Tim Berry\, The Art of the Start by Guy Kawaskai\, and The Plan-As-You-Go Business Plan by Tim Berry.\n\n\n\nThis class is offered in partnership with Mountain Lakes Business Development Center\, Clemson's Small Business Development Center\, and Piedmont SCORE.
