DESCRIPTION:~Conservation Awareness Association's Annual Youth Fishing Event~~Chris Taylor Park's Duck Pond\; located on the Civic Center of Anderson grounds~~This event is for children between the ages of 6 to 15 to enjoy a morning of catch and release fishing fun with their families~~Participating youth anglers need to be accompained by a parent or grandparent\, but the whole family is invited to come and enjoy a family day~~Registration will begin at 9:00 a.m. for this FREE event~~Each angler needs to bring their own fishing gear\, bait\, snacks and beverage~~CAA recommends families to bring a picnic lunch to enjoy after the event~~There will be door prizes contributed by local area businesses~~For more information contact Dr. Leonardo Ortiz\, (Captain retired) at (864) 202-8634~
