Beer made in this region utilized regional ingredients to produce seasonal beers often brewed in late fall\, aged over winter\, and tapped and ready to drink for Spring. \n\n\n\nThese hyper-local\, regional\, seasonal beers gave rise to the popularity of the farmhouse style ales that inspired the founding of our Brewery Carolina Bauernhaus Ales. \n\n\n\nAs homage to the founders\, we are hosting a Celebracion de Saison featuring 8 rustic saisons brewed with regional and seasonal ingredients\, laid to rest over the winter\, and now ready to enjoy for each of you! \n\n\n\nThese rustic saisons feature infusions of honey\, herbs\, flowers\, and wood unique to our niche here in #UpstateSC. These bright\, floral and easy drinking saisons offer a warm welcome to spring with a celebration of the beer style that started it all for us! \n\n\n\nJoin us from 12-10pm as we celebrate our 3rd annual Celebracion de Saison! \n\n\n\nLive music throughout the day!\n\n- - - - - - \n\nExcited to announce we are bringing back Belgian waffle sliders for the day!
