SUMMARY:Foothills Alliance's Walk A Mile In Her Shoes events
DESCRIPTION:Foothills Alliance is hosting two Walk A Mile In Her Shoes events to raise awareness for our programs: Child Abuse Prevention\, Sexual Trauma Center\, and Child Advocacy Center. Men will walk a few blocks in heels\; although women and children are encouraged to participate.\n\n\n \nThe first event will be in Downtown Seneca\, April 18th at 7:00 pm during the Jazz on the Alley event. Sheriff Mike Crenshaw will be a Grand Marshal!!!\n\n\n \nThe second event will be in Downtown Anderson\, April 25th at 7:00 pm during the Downtown Block Party. Sheriff John Skipper and Anderson City Police Chief Jim Stewart will be the Grand Marshals!!!\n\n\n \nRegistration is $20 in advance or $25 at the event. The first 100 walkers will receive a goody bag and a t-shirt. Walkers are expected to bring their own shoes.\n\n\n \nSponsorship opportunities are still available.
