SUMMARY:Hospice of the Upstate Spring Grief Series
DESCRIPTION:Hospice of the Upstate Bereavement Services will launch their Spring Grief Series on Monday\, April 12th\, 2010 at 10 AM for daytime attendees or at 6 PM for evening attendees. Both groups will run for five consecutive weekly meetings (April 12th\, 19th\, 26th\, May 3rd & 10th).\n\n \n\nThis is an educational support group for people who have lost a loved one in the last year. Topics will include: Symptoms of Grief and Common Feelings\, Normal vs. Abnormal Grief\, Coping Techniques for Handling Stress\, and Measurements (of how you will know when you are getting better.)\n\n \n\nBoth series are free and open to the public.  Participants are welcome to bring a friend with them. Please call Donna Davis\, Bereavement Coordinator\, at (864)328-1950 or 1-800-261-8636 x3115 to register or get additional information.
