DESCRIPTION:As a business would you like to:\n\n\n•Offer educational enhancements and a bridge to the business and professional world for students\n\n\n•Help to shape a new generation of worldly\, diverse\, highly-trained and versatile professionals\n\n\n•Utilize temporary employees during critical periods\n\n\n•Select from knowledgeable students\n\n\n•Recruit future employees\n\n\n•Contribute to your local public school education\n\n\n•Help create a motivated\, educated workforce\n\n\n\nIf so\, the Hanna-Westside Extension Campus can help with those needs.\n\n  \n\nStudents enrolled in the Academy of Finance program seek summer employment as an intern to complete the criteria for graduation.  Students in this program have a desire to learn more about the financial services industry and take a series of business related classes while in high school\, along with a college business class.  A paid internship is not just a summer job for these students.  It's an extension of the Academy classroom instruction and curriculum\, further developed and challenged in a business environment\, supervised by business leaders in a real-world setting resulting in a broad\, relevant\, enriching educational experience for the student.\n\n\n\nStudents are ready for summer employment.  If you can assist\, please contact Tammy Mathews at tammymathews@anderson5.net or at (864) 260-4466 Ext 143.  She can arrange student interviews so you can decide who to hire.
