DESCRIPTION:On Friday\, March 30\, at 4:30 p.m.\, the Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting ceremony for Gallery 313 to celebrate the grand opening of their new gallery located at 305 North Main Street in downtown Anderson.  Festivities will include refreshments and a drawing for a giveaway.\n\n \n\nIn August 2008\, Gallery 313 opened as a custom frame shop and art gallery at 313 North Main Street.  However\, the gallery recently had an opportunity to grow the business with a move to 305 North Main Street\, which was formerly occupied by Two Gather Beads.  This new location has allowed Gallery 313 to add new artists\, eclectic items\, furniture\, finds\, framing choices\, and annie Sloan Chalk Paint.  And for the first time\, Gallery 313 will offer classes and workshops.\n\n  \n\nIn April\, Gallery 313 will host their fourth salon show with The Anderson Arts Center\, as well as participate in Downtown Anderson's Art on the Town Gallery Crawl on April 27-28.  In addition\, they have two art shows and the First Friday events scheduled for the remainder of this year.\n\n \n\nBusiness hours at Gallery 313 are Tuesday – Friday at 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.\, or by appointment.
