DESCRIPTION:On Wednesday\, February 26\, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.\, the Anderson Area Chamber of Commerce will host a ribbon cutting ceremony for GHS Surgical Specialists of Anderson located at 105 Broadbent Way in Anderson. An Open House will be held following the ceremony from 2 to 5pm with refreshments provided by Greenville-based Nutrition Solutions. The practice specializes in colon/rectal surgery with Dr. Jay Crockett from GHS  and bariatric surgery (lap band/gastric sleeve and Roux-en-Y gastric bypass) with Dr. Luciano Fiszer and Dr. Patricia Eichhorn. The GHS bariatric surgery program is one of the most comprehensive programs in South Carolina. Dr. Crockett has been with GHS for more than 15 years specializing in colon and rectal surgery. Dr. Fiszer has been with GHS for more than 3 years specializing in bariatric surgery while Dr. Eichhorn has beenwith GHS for a year and a half and both physicians have  been with the Anderson office Since February 2013.
