DESCRIPTION:Dolly Cooper Sports Complex\, an Anderson County facility currently under construction\, will be temporarily opened to the public in the undisturbed area of the park to celebrate our river and promote the great outdoors.\n\n  \n\nKayak owners are encouraged to bring their own craft and enjoy a complimentary shuttle service.
