DESCRIPTION:United Way of Anderson County will be hosting their annual Day of Action on August 14th beginning at 9:00 am with a Blood Drive and kick-off on August 13th from 7:30 am – 10:30 am.\n\n  \n\nWe are in need of volunteers for both days.  On August 14th we will be working with a number of non-profit agencies where we will provide a service project to benefit the agency and the clients it serves.  We have projects for everyone and some of the agencies we will be working with are Anderson Interfaith Ministries\, Girl Scouts\, Anderson Sunshine House\, Safe Harbor II and New Foundations to name a few.\n\n  \n\nIf you are interested in volunteering at one of these sites\, please contact Carol Loyd at 226-3438 for more details and to sign up.\n\n  \n\nOf course there will be free t-shirts for everyone!
