SUMMARY:Winter Grief Series
DESCRIPTION:Hospice of the Upstate Bereavement Services will launch their Winter Grief Series on Monday\, January 4th\, 2010 at 10 AM for daytime attendees or at 6 PM for evening attendees. Both groups will run for five consecutive weekly meetings on Mondays at 10AM or 6 PM.  The groups will meet at Sadler Bereavement and Education Center at Hospice of the Upstate\, 1835 Rogers Rd.\, Anderson\, S.C.\n\n \n\nThis is an educational support group for people who have lost a loved one in the last year. Topics will include: Symptoms of Grief and Common Feelings\, Normal vs. Abnormal Grief\, Coping Techniques for Handling Stress\, and Measurements (of how you will know when you are getting better.)\n\n \n\nBoth series are free and open to the public.  Participants are welcome to bring a friend with them. Please call Donna Davis\, Bereavement Coordinator\, at (864)328-1950 or 1-800-261-8636 ext. 3115 to register or get additional information.
