~4-player team: Raise a minimum of $60 by April 22, 2016 ($80 after April 22)~

~Send registration forms by Friday, April 22 and your team wil be guaranteed a spot~

~You can pay before or at the event; shoe rental, lane fees and snacks included~

~Limited to 40 teams in two rotations~

~New this year, post-event banquet at Grace Episcopal Church to present awards and prizes~
