Author Signing: Christmas Memories

Just in time for the holidays, SENIOR Solutions welcomes local author Lawrence Webb as he signs copies of his book, Christmas Memories: From Seven to Seventy on Wednesday, December 7th, at 1:00 pm.

Describing the stories, which reach from childhood into retirement, Webb said, ''I believe these stories reflect a reservoir of common experiences the reader can relate to. Some are sweet and wonderful. Some are funny. One or two are sad. Some, I hope, are inspirational reminders of the love expressed in Christ's coming into the world.''

Webb's holiday recollections are all family-related and vary in setting from New York's snowbound Hudson River Valley and snowless Central Florida to Christmas Eve in Westminster Abbey and ordinary life in small-town South Carolina.

Webb is a retired professor from Anderson University who has also served as a minister and newspaper editor.

So join SENIOR Solutions (3430 Clemson Boulevard in Anderson) on Wednesday, December 7th, at 1:00 pm for this book signing and presentation. In addition, Professor Webb will teach a five-week writing class at SENIOR Solutions starting Monday, February 13th. The cost of the class is $20.
