~Saturday January 30th  Deja Vu Grand Opening the band will be Vincent Vega and Jeremy Scruggs~

~Smoked Duck Fries w/ Blackberry (Citrus) Reduction~

~Pan Seared Scallops over sauteed Kale with lemon sauce~

~Blackened Salmon with fresh sauteed veggies~

~Bacon Pimento Cheeseburger on Brioche~

~Braised cut steak over mashed potatoes w/Porcini Demiglaze~

~Roasted tomato & veggie pasta~

~Fried Green tomatoes with blackened shrimp heirloom tomato sauce~

~Dessert is Red Velvet Cake~
