Have a Heart BBQ
The Anderson County Humane Society and Haven of Rest will sponsor the ''Have a Heart BBQ'' plate lunch from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Feb. 11 at Young Memorial Church, 508 Blvd., Anderson.
Plates can be picked up or delivered (three or more) and they include barbecue, bun, baked beans, coleslaw, dessert and drink.
Proceeds will benefit the low-cost spay/neuter clinic and Haven of Rest. Be a valentine to a special animal and person in the Anderson area by purchasing barbecue plates and donating them to the Haven of Rest. The plates will provide lunch for a person in need.
