This month's Heritage & History program will be focusing on the Madga Watts Doll Display for Holocaust Memorial Day.
Throughout the month of April the Anderson County Museum will be displaying a collection of dolls made by Hungarian artist Magda Watts. Magda began making dolls while being held in the concentration camp at Nuremburg in 1944. Her creativity and imagination helped her to survive the horrors of the holocaust and led to an inspirational career in art and visual storytelling. You will not want to miss this rare opportunity to view some of her iconic works.
