Hospice of the Upstate conducts Grief Series in Easley

GRIEF SERIES, an educational seminar for people who have lost a loved one in the last year, will begin on Monday, March 15, 2010. Meetings will be held on three consecutive Mondays from 6:30pm—8:00pm at Easley First Baptist Church.

Topics include telling the story, common feelings, normal grief, stress and coping techniques, self-assessment (measurement of how to know when you are getting better). Sessions are free and open to the public. Participants are welcome to bring a friend.
