Cardiovascular disease can be debilitating or deadly. But if you act early, you can lower your risk. The first step is a free StrokeScore Plus screening, which checks for signs of stroke risk, peripheral arterial disease and abdominal aortic aneurysm.
Join AnMed Health for Stroke Score Plus on Tuesday, Sept. 28 and Wednesday, Sept. 29 from 8 a.m. to noon at AnMed Health Women's and Children's Hospital.
