     OVERVIEW: High-level thinker creating meaningful content and creative design that will be broadcast through various platforms (web, digital, traditional, etc.) to increase brand awareness and conversion rates for target audience(s). Lead a team of like-minded thinkers and graphic designers to develop and design creative content and strategies. RESPONSIBILITIES: • Researches, coordinates, writes, edits, leads and integrates the work of designers to produce layouts that meet established branding and style guidelines • Understands client industry verticals, trends as well as historical creative messaging • Capitalizes on social networks and connections to present and share content • Design and develop creative assets spanning across all marketing tactics – logo development, brand standards/guidelines, digital display ads, billboards, print, collateral, e-marketing, social media, direct mail, website design and development, videography, photography, etc. • Works with clients to define their creative and content needs • Sources and selects content, ad specs and guidelines from vendors and other sources • Guides in the creation and development of targeted content and creative • Maintains open and current communication with all agency staff and with clients. When necessary, complete projects by coordinating and communicating with outside vendors, photographers, freelancers, printers, clients, etc. • Provides art direction for photo and video shoots as well as culling and editing images • Must be proactive and take initiative in terms of brainstorming, strategy, research and creativity • Understands grammar rules and how to construct clear sentences • Monitors performance and evaluates how customers interact with the content and creative • Revises content and creative whenever customers or clients request changes • Sorts, organizes, and structures creative and content so that it is as accessible as possible SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, in marketing or graphic communication • Minimum of 5 years agency or graphic design experience • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite • Experienced using a variety of project management tools • Strong organizational and communication skills • Possess creative writing and proficient grammar skills • Able to multi-task and oversee projects through to completion along with client follow-up • Able to create quality work while meeting tight deadlines and paying attention to details • Work well in a team environment • Able to tolerate open/honest feedback and constructive criticism • Self-proof to ensure accuracy and minimal changes
