Palmetto Championships
In Belton since 1957, the tournament features championships in singles and doubles for junior players in five age divisions (10's, 12's, 14's, 16's & 18's). It is the national qualifying tournament for junior players in South Carolina. Players who do well in the Palmetto will advance to the 9-state Southern Sectional Championships, then hopefully to national championships. Competition venues include the Belton Tennis Center in Belton, Cardinal Racquet Club, Anderson and the Anderson Sports & Events Center, Anderson.
