Activate Anderson is the updated version of Shrinkdown. It's a fun and free way to a healthier lifestyle!
The kickoff will be on Monday, January 14th from 12:30 - 7:00 PM at the Civic Center of Anderson. Weigh-Ins are on Fridays starting January 18th through February 22nd at 9 sites. FREE t-shirts will be given to the first 1,000 participants!
