Balloons Over Anderson

Come enjoy an old-fashioned, fun-filled weekend as 25 hot air balloons take to the air at Balloons Over Anderson!

Take a hot air balloon flight, a tethered balloon ride or stroll through the festival and enjoy the other activities. Have a relaxing breakfast, lunch or dinner with our food vendors while watching the beautiful hot air balloons. You will love the show with remote control airplanes, parachute jumpers, and R/C Cars and Trucks. Entertain the kids with inflatables, trampolines and train rides.

Five balloon flights are scheduled and one dedicated balloon will be providing tethered balloon rides all weekend. One evening glow is planned for Saturday where all balloons will inflate and illuminate the night sky. Music lovers can enjoy the sounds of local area artists and each branch of our military along with the National Guard will also be there as part of a recruiting strategy. Balloons Over Anderson is also proud to offer a scholarship program to our local Civil Air Patrol. There is truly something for everyone.
