Blue Ridge Arts Council Annual Members Show to Open
The Blue Ridge Arts Council has been fishin'...fishin' for art for the Annual Members Show. Beginning on May 18, you can see the great catch they've made at the Blue Ridge Arts Center at 111 East South Second Street in Seneca. The opening reception for this exhibit will be held from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. during the Seneca ''Downtown Go ‘Round.'' Applebee's of Seneca will sponsor the reception.
Members of the Blue Ridge Arts Council will exhibit two of their works not previously shown at the gallery. At the end of the opening reception, Viewer's Choice Award ribbons for the top three vote recipients will be presented. If you can't be a part of the opening festivities, the exhibit will remain on display through July 13. The Blue Ridge Arts Center is free and open to the public Monday through Friday from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m., Saturdays from noon to 3:00 p.m. and Sundays from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m.
