Hospice of the Upstate conducts classes in Living Wills and Health Care Power of Attorneys

Hospice of the Upstate will be conducting a class in two statutory forms provided by the State of S.C. for providing written instructions on life-sustaining medical procedures; The Declaration of a Desire for a Natural Death (Living Will),'' and the S.C. Healthcare Power of Attorney form.
