Hospice of the Upstate conducts classes in Living Wills and Health Care Power of Attorneys

Hospice of the Upstate will be conducting a class in two statutory forms provided by the State of S.C. for providing written instructions on life-sustaining medical procedures; The Declaration of a Desire for a Natural Death (the so called ''living will),'' and the S.C. Healthcare Power of Attorney form.

The class size is limited so reservations must be made by calling (864) 224-3358 ext. 1004, or (800) 261-8636.

Classes are FREE and open to the public.
