How to Identify and Develop Executive Talent in Your Company - Part 1- Facilitated by Jeff Wilson (Managing Partner - C12 Business Forums, Upstate SC)- There is an urgent need in business today for leaders to identify leadership potential and to develop executive talent. A recent industry report showed that nearly 80% of companies report a leadership development gap, only 5% of organizations have fully implemented leadership development programs at all levels, and 42% of companies lack a leadership competency framework on which to base their development programs. This workshop will focus on the mechanics of leadership identification.
After having started a small business of his own and since providing executive sales leadership to both an established company (40 years old) and an early-stage start-up company, Jeff realized his passion of developing high performance organizations. His industry experience includes not-for-profit fundraising, retail sales, pharmaceutical sales, medical services, B2B sales and service, software sales, and business consulting. He now serves as the Managing Chair for C12 Business Forums in Upstate SC.
