Growth Challenges - How Big Is “Big Enough”?- Facilitated by Jeff Wilson (Managing Partner - C12 Business Forums, Upstate SC)- Business leaders often wrestle with questions such as, “Is unlimited growth always good?” and “How can we be sure our growth is not outpacing our capacity?” To answer these questions, we must consider our own abilities and desires, the potential of our employees, and the market in which we compete. This workshop will focus on the inherent challenges of growth and the strategies we can use to manage that growth in a healthy and sustainable way.
After having started a small business of his own and since providing executive sales leadership to both an established company (40 years old) and an early-stage start-up company, Jeff realized his passion of developing high performance organizations. His industry experience includes not-for-profit fundraising, retail sales, pharmaceutical sales, medical services, B2B sales and service, software sales, and business consulting. He now serves as the Managing Chair for C12 Business Forums in Upstate SC.
