Relief in Tough Economic Times

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) will present a joint Webinar on Thursday, March 19, from 10 a.m.–12 p.m. to address the needs and concerns of small businesses and individual taxpayers in the current economic climate.

This Webinar will include the following topics:

IRS relief for those in difficult financial situations; Relief for those who are experiencing debt forgiveness and foreclosures; The Earned Income Tax Credit, which 25% of eligible workers do not claim and which employers can learn to offer in their employees' paychecks. SBA programs to help small businesses secure capital and credit; Selected topics from the recently passed American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.
