*Pendleton's Fall Harvest Festival

*Saturday, October 22, 2016; 10:00 am til 5:00 pm

*Visitors are welcome to town by scarecrows greeting them along the entrances of town and mounted on lamppost around town square

*Property owners & businessess will utilize their property to make the entire town a festive celebration of Fall

*Each creation will have a sign with the name of the scarecrow and creater/sponsoring group, everyone will use this information to vote for the "People's Choice" award

*There will be 5 categories: business, group, individual, artist, church/school (note change in categories)

*Winner in the artist category will receive $500, a "winner's sign" and bragging rights

*Winners in remaining categories will receive $100, a "winner's sign" and bragging rights
