UPSTATE REGIONAL SUMMIT – RE-CHECKING OUR REALITY – SEPTEMBER 16, 2014 – 8:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m. – TD CONVENTION CENTER

Don’t miss the chance to join business, community and elected leaders from across the Upstate in an important conversation about where we have been as a region, where we are now and where we are going as we look toward the future.

The Summit will include breakout sessions on key regional issues where attendees will have the opportunity to share ideas about how to ensure that the Upstate is universally recognized as a leading place to live, learn, do business and raise a family. In addition, the Honorable Glenda Hood, whose civic career includes tenures as the Mayor of the City of Orlando and Secretary of State for the State of Florida, will provide perspective on what collaborative efforts are being undertaken by other regions nationally and globally, and how the Upstate can remain competitive in the global economy while enhancing quality of life for local residents.

Cost to attend the Summit is $40 ($20 for non-profit and government representatives) and includes a morning networking reception, lunch and summit materials.
