Ambassador of the Month- Teresa Lott!

Teresa Lott is the owner and founder of Groundwork Solutions which exists to help support nonprofits by providing high quality, comprehensive grant writing services and to assist with board training and staff development; resulting in a strong team environment for your organization.  The mission of Groundwork Solutions is to create opportunities that will improve lives. 
Teresa has been in the nonprofit field for over 15 years with a range of experience from direct services to fund development and grant writing to executive management. 
 
Education:
Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Winthrop University
Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Accounting from Lander University
2012 Graduate of the Non-Profit Leadership Institute at Francis Marion University

 
Teresa has dedicated her professional career to helping organizations provide accessible, quality services to underserved individuals and communities.  She has a passion for working with groups, communities, and individuals that are interested in developing innovative solutions to address unmet needs.
 
Teresa is married to Russ Lott who owns Foxcroft Specialty Contracting and is employed by New South Supply.  They have four children: Payton (23), Graysen (20), Hampton (18), and Jon Cason (15).
